Home Instead 855 is Hiring an Administrative Assistance Near Hopkinsville, KY

The Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support the office, clients, and CarePros. The Administrative Assistant is expected to answer phones, reflect our core values, and on occasion substitute caregiving. You must greet and welcome each visitor in a friendly, warm, and professional manner, you are the face of the company. Your attendance is of the utmost importance because your team relies on you. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Unroll the phones first thing in the morning.
  • Check the voicemail in the morning.
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner and distribute incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Support Human Resource team with all aspects of CAREPro Engagement.
  • Assist the HR department with orientation classes.
  • Assist the staffing department.
  • Will be expected to assist with shift coverage in the field when needed.
  • Communicate client and CAREPro concerns or problems with Director or other staff members as appropriate.
  • Ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with Director, colleagues and CAREPros
  • Must announce the call is a Service Inquiry and make sure the call gets to an appropriate person that can assist the caller.
  • Remove trash daily.
  • Check mail daily.
  • Assist with on call.
  • Dust and vacuum at least once a week.
  • Intros – you will be responsible for introductions.
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
  • Must have knowledge of the senior care industry.
