Rec & Royal is an immersive entertainment experience that embodies two unique spaces in one artfully crafted venue. Rec Room is an innovative arcade bar and karaoke lounge while Royal is a cutting edge boutique nightclub where you can party the night away. What will I be doing at Rec & Royal?
Barbacks will be responsible for assisting bartenders and management in all opening, closing and nightly duties. Barbacks will also be responsible for off peak venue duties.
- Adhere to company sanitation standards.
- Maintain opening/closing liquor, beer, wine and consumables par.
- Clean and sanitize all glassware according to sanitation standards.
- Proper separation and removal of trash from the premises.
- General venue maintenance.
- Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- 18 years of age.
- Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Work as a team, stay organized, multi-task, and prioritize.
Hourly compensation is based on experience plus tips. This position will require working one midweek shift, weekends, holidays, and late evening shifts.
