Holy Cross Health is Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Near Silver Spring, MD
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, record observations, and report changes in health status to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-hospital care services
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Maryland]
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Proficient in medical terminology and knowledgeable about anatomy
- Experience with tube feeding systems and pain management techniques
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment procedures is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
