Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Histology Technician to join our team. The Histology Technician will be responsible for preparing and analyzing tissue samples in a clinical laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform specimen collection processing, including fixation, embedding, sectioning, and staining of tissue samples
- Utilize laboratory techniques and procedures to prepare slides for microscopic examination
- Maintain accurate records of specimen processing and results
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure the integrity of samples
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Follow established protocols for quality control and assurance

Experience:
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Proficiency in histology techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to phlebotomize and collect specimens
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring
- Understanding of laboratory safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $24.55 - $33.00 per hour
