Job Description:

As a Human Resources Generalist at Holloway Holdings LLC, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for all HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, hiring, and onboarding during the initial phase. With 17 positions to fill within a short timeframe, your ability to act swiftly and effectively will be crucial to meeting our staffing needs. In addition to playing a pivotal role in recruitment and onboarding you will be responsible for all functions of human resources within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, utilizing a combination of traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand staffing requirements, establish job descriptions, and create compelling job postings.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules to facilitate the selection process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms of employment, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and administering necessary paperwork.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Holloway Holdings, promoting our company culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Oversee all other HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
