Position: Guest Services Associate

Requirements:

• Reliability and excellent teamwork skills are a must.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• 1 weekday shift as needed.
• 2-3 shifts per week commitment.
• Flexibility to work 7am-3pm or 3pm to 11pm shifts.
• Full-time positions are not currently available for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage phone inquiries and reservations.
• Utilize Opera PMS system for guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, including maintenance-related concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas to uphold our high standards of service.
• Ensure all building entrances are clear during winter months.
• Monitor and maintain pool chemical levels.
• Perform laundry duties including washing and folding towels.
