Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charleston North is Hiring a Front Desk Agent (Morning Shifts) Near Charleston, SC

We are looking for those that love engaging with other people. You bring the people skills and we will teach you the rest! The hours of this position are flexible. We make our Schedule a month at a time and you tell us when you are available to work.

What we need from you

Greet, Welcome and Engage with our guests. Make reservations, check them in or check them out. Assist with restaurant recommendations or attractions. We are highly successful at exceeding guest expectations and we do that by hiring he right people.

Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to

Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories

Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers.

Flexibility - We make our schedule one month at a time and work with the dates you provide us that you are available.

Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in a front desk or guest service position.
