Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, managing staff, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
Duties:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the hotel
- Monitor and analyze operational costs and expenses to ensure budget goals are met
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- Manage and motivate staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
