Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Service/Office field preferred but will train the right candidate
• Will be expected to obtain license as required by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance in Maryland within 90 Days - training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills both verbal and written.
• Responsibilities:
• Service current customer files to retain business.
• Performs functions on agency management system proficiently and assists others.
• Maintains a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, agency and company personnel to minimize potential for errors & omissions claims.
• Actively seeks referrals from current client base to refer new business prospects to producers.
• Performs additional assigned duties as necessary.
