Job Description
We are looking for a Service Manager interested in moving to a Branch Manager role within 12-24 months!
MUST BE A CURRENT SERVICE MANAGER OR IN MANAGEMENT.
Come join a fast-growing, innovative company as our pest/termite Service Manager! Service Manager hours are 7:30 am until the techs are done for the day. Generally between 5-6 pm. Will be in the field from 10-2 helping customers that need a managers touch and expertise.
Must have at least 4 years experience. 5 years is preferred.
Must have a HPC and WDO registrations (certification preferred) and be prepared to get involved in the details.
The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. They will report to and collaborate with the founder of Green Queen and the Branch Manager of Atlanta on a regular basis to help build plans and strategies for growth while working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and perform daily operations
- Manage field technicians once hired
- Help with onboarding and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- Strong leadership skills
