We are looking for an experienced pest control technician looking for an opportunity to grow a new branch and earn a larger role! Come join a growing company with upward mobility! Hourly wage plus bonus potential and overtime pay possible. $20-24 an hour plus up to $250 bonus monthly and commissions available. Pay depends on experience. Weekly pay and benefits! We are looking for that technician who wants to be a service manager and wants an opportunity to work hard and prove their capabilities with sales, a growth mindset, love of customers and hard working. Need someone with great customer service skills, attention to details and RELIABLE! Fun outside job with great pay! This person will be running a full time route until the branch is large enough to warrant an in office position. We will provide pest and mosquito services so will need to provide both of these services.

MUST HAVE: (please do not apply if these don't apply to you)

MUST HAVE A CURRENT TN PEST CONTROL LICENSE IN GOOD STANDING

MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY A 60LB BACKPACK ALL DAY.

MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (nothing on your license) AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

CAN PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN

MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES DRIVE OF OFFICE

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK.

MUST BE OVER 21 DUE TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.

Mon-Fri 7:30 am-6pm. Sat work expected if it rains during the week.

You will not be considered for the role if these do not apply to you. We will not consider anyone with anything on their driving record or background check.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
