We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong background in logistics and/or supply chain management.
Duties for Logistics/Supply Chain Outside Sales Representative:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Attend trade shows to find prospective clients
Qualifications for Logistics/Supply Chain Outside Sales Representative:
- More than 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or sales management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Some knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid driver's license
- The ability to conversate professionally in Japanese is a plus
