Eravant is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to enter purchase orders, create, modify, and close work orders for manufacture team, answer customer inquiries, save and/or maintain documentation. General tasks are listed below:
First week will be a balance in training on Zendesk and NetSuite. You will learn how to simple sales orders. Learning how to read purchase orders, understanding our model numbers, and reviewing the manufacturing process here at Eravant. It will also include reviewing all assigned tasks that can be given to you.
The following weeks will be increasing your knowledge and speed in order entry and work order creation. Taking on new tasks to help contracts team. Escalate issues with as much detail and information necessary.
If you master your role, you will be able to continue to enter sales orders and create work orders without interruption or much needed escalation. Follow proper export compliance when entering sales orders.

Inside Sales Representative reports to the Contract Supervisor. Expected start of employment is immediately, but we are happy to agree on a later start date is needed. This is a full-time employment, Mondays - Fridays, 9am to 6pm. Half hour lunches are approved for an 9am-5:30pm schedule.
This position will report onsite at our 60,000 sq foot facility at 501 Amapola Avenue, Torrance, CA 90501.
