Processes and generates financial data for all dealership departments. Prepares bi-weekly payroll and provides accurate reporting to the dealer/general manager and is responsible for accounting office and administrative functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists and organizes all branch accounting, administrative, and HR operations.
• Records Hourly & Salary Earnings and ensures the correct and prompt distribution of payrolls.

• Maintains employee history of paid holidays and paid & unpaid vacations.
• Maintains confidential employment files (personnel files).
• Processes paperwork for new employees and terminations.

• Maintains all personnel records of employees.

• Brings to the Business Manager?s attention any office expenditure that are unusual or exceeds certain set limits.
• Assists in the daily entry of Accounts Payable invoices, and A/P vendor statement reconciliation.
• Assists in posting and maintaining of the Warranty Schedules.
• Posting of Cash & A/R Schedules, researches all discrepancies, and makes all adjustments.
• Assists customers with invoice copies and statement questions.
• Receive payments on cash sales transactions for parts and service.
