Overview
Job Title: Accounts Payable Admin
Location: Arlington, VA
Type: FTE, onsite
Department: Finance and Accounting
Summary:
The AP Admin will help our F&A team manage the review of corporate bills in detail to support accurate processing/payment, manage administrative functions of the team (mailbox, vendor communications, sales tax certs, applications, 1099 vendor reviews, vendor maintenance support), and statement reconciliations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Managing the AP email inboxes
- Routing invoices to the correct divisions for processing (until consolidated in Oracle)
- Reconciling Vendor Statements
- Researching Inquiries
- Entering Invoices
- Helping with payment processes
- Helping maintain recurring lease trackers
- Performing other administrative tasks required by manager
