Hire Resolve's esteemed client is currently seeking a skilled Staff Accountant with experience in the Insurance industry to join their team in a full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established company and contribute to their financial operations.

• Preparing and maintaining financial records for insurance transactions
• Conducting account reconciliations and analysis
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Performing financial reporting and analysis
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors
• Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and accounting standards
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant in the Insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with insurance software and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus

• Salary: $65K/yr - $85K/yr, salary negotiable
