Hioki USA Corporation is Hiring a Sales Engineer Near Plano, TX

Job Responsibilities Include:

·Achieve assigned goals and objectives

·Develop custom, innovative, and tailored solutions to satisfy customer requirements

·The position is responsible for cultivating relationships with stakeholders and executives and helping nurturing opportunities to deliver profitable top-line growth

·Articulate value, product, and service offerings to both business and technical users, and identify technical solutions that can be offered and implemented to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales and post-sales process

·Leverage technical knowledge, product expertise and user experiences to support sales strategies, address customer questions and fulfill product demonstration requests

·During sales presentations, provide technical insights, deliver product demonstrations, and articulate product advantages to influence buying decisions

·Partner and support the field sales and external rep organizations to uncover and understand customer challenges and opportunities

·Utilize a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle to understand customers or prospects business pains and their perception of potential solutions and deliver presentations on applications and technologies

·Coordinate relevant product demonstrations in a confident, knowledgeable manner for prospective customers

·Support proposal development and responses to RFIs and RFPs with detailed product knowledge

·Provide technical evaluation and pricing of customer requests and provide proposals/technical solutions to customer inquiries

·Work with Product Management team to organize meetings and workshops/trainings with customers

·Log accurate and pertinent customer data into internal systems (primarily NetSuite)

·Lead or participate on other assigned projects

·Participate in team meetings

Job Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or similar field

·Two (2) or more years of commercial experience

·Relevant experience in Test and Measurement, or equivalent market

·This role will have a creative mindset to provide solutions, while simultaneously building trust and becoming a valued customer advisor

·Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills are essential for this position.

·This role requires a flexible, professional with a positive, energetic personality and work ethic to meet the needs of this client-driven business.

·Ambitious and performance driven personality

·Open mind for cultural deference and diversity

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

·Familiarity with CRM systems
