Jacksons Restaurant Bar, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Southpointe is currently seeking a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef is a crucial role in the kitchen, responsiblefor assisting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all aspects of foodpreparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. This position requires a strong culinary background, leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Jacksons Restaurant Bar is a neighborhood restaurant offering new American cuisine in a chic and welcoming atmosphere. They offer smart and casual dining featuring fresh, seasonal and locally sourced foods and an extensive wine and craft cocktail list. 

Required Skills:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Trustworthy and results-driven

• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safetystandards, and kitchen management practices.

Education and Experience:

• Culinary Degree preferred
• 3 to 5 years of culinary experience required
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred
