We are looking for our next great team member to join us as our Sales Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Paul/Oakdale. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As the Sales Manager, you will be focused on selling, growing the business and managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals. You will manage local and national business travel accounts, as well as group and catering accounts to achieve guest satisfaction. You will solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. This will include but not be limited to conducting site visits, performing outside calls, attending trade shows, communicating and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and developing relationships with clients. Other duties include preparing reports, develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients, and maintain knowledge of hotel, market, and brand. Furthermore, there is the expectation for one to comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis as well as performing any other job-related duties as assigned.

Market experience is preferred, but it is not required. Hilton experience is a plus, but not required. This position does require previous hotel experience and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals.
