Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Manager at Hillcrest Country Club. The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day banquet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the food and beverage service, and hiring and training staff.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in food and beverage service
• Ability to hire and train staff
• Experience in event planning and coordination
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
