The RoleThe growing Advance Development Directorate is seeking a highly energetic and self-starter to join the dynamic and fast paced team. A successful candidate will have an acute attention to detail with in-depth experience performing normal office functions and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products). Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe notes.
Candidate will be the first point of contact in addressing questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May require to gathers and compiles reports on information relevant to supervisor’s or departments assignment. Candidate has ability to work under limited supervision, with no instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments.
Duties & tasks are varied and moderately complex. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers complex questions to higher levels. Ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
This Position Will
  • coordinate travel for all departments under the director’s area of responsibility
  • assist/coordinate visits of both company and non-company guest (security, badging, parking, pick-up plans, etc.)
  • enter/track requisitions within MyHR
  • coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes
  • track HR workflow moves
  • submit and track CUAS/IT requests
  • submit and track rewards and recognition submissions
  • plan and coordinate events/staff meetings
  • draft and submit Organization of Directorate Strategic Documents and Communications
  • 10% Travel may be required
Must HaveHigh School/GED and 4 years of additional education and/or experience
