The Role:

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will ensure the successful completion of high-end interior residential construction projects on-time, within budget and with 100% client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in high-end interior residential contracting work in NYC.

• Assumes responsibility for successful completions of high-end interior residential construction projects in NYC
• Expert in all construction workflows and documentation including RFIs, submittals, transmittals, change orders, etc.
• Ensure project quality that all scheduled timelines are met
• Create and consistently update project schedules
• Directly manage APM and provide guidance to the Project Management team
• Consistently monitor project and maintain overall financial responsibility for all jobs
• Knowledge of all trades
• Manage multiple subcontractors and work closely with site supers
• Maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors, Architects & Clients
• Work seamlessly with internal teams including Estimating, Project Management and Finance
• Additional responsibilities as required

Your skills:

• Proficiency in reading and understanding plans and specifications
• Experience with Procore
• Relationship building
• Communication and strong written and verbal skills
• Must be self motivated with excellent organizational skills
• Punctual and organized
• Exceptionally detail oriented
