We are seeking a case manager to work in a CARF accredited and OHMAS certified outpatient treatment. We are a family-owned organization with a passion for helping those in our community to maximize their quality of life. Our growing company has locations conveniently located on the northern side of Columbus, Grove City, Circleville, and Tiffin, OH. We have blended care, with treatment both on site and virtual. Despite the different locations, we prioritize communication between all staff at all locations to ensure best care for all those we serve and to maintain the culture that is loved about Highlife.

Experience in Mental Health and AOD treatment preferred, but we will train if not. This is a full-time position. The case manager will be a part of a team that is meeting with clients, creating treatment plans, communicating with the care team, working with clients to help them meet goals, connect them with resources as needed, and other opportunities to grow with this position.

Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or GED

Active and valid driver's license preferred

Knowledge Of:

Communication

Basic technology

Written and interpersonal communication

Ability To:

Work cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team

Assist in development of new programs, curriculum, and assist with implementation

Work with diverse populations with cultural competency
