The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with intake, admissions and other office related and administrative tasks for the child and adolescent substance use services program.

The Hartmann Center is a residential treatment program for adolescents with substance use disorders. Highland Rivers is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Hartmann Center in Cobb County!Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Manage front desk and admissions area of the facility
• Perform basic clerical duties including but not limited to answering and routing calls, mailing, administrative filing, copying, etc
• Collaborate with Residential Supervisor and Shift Supervisor in scheduling outside and in-center visitation
• Assist in coordination of virtual meetings, counseling sessions, and court appearances
• Other administrative responsibilities and tasks as assigned
