HighByte is Hiring a Partner Manager Near Portland, ME

Position Summary

As a Partner Manager at HighByte, you will be supporting the success of the company’s global partners to grow our overall business. Your day-to-day work will include creating and executing account plans for partners, working with partners on their progress, and coordinating with other HighByte resources to support these important relationships. You will also assist with sales planning and forecasting, communicate across departments with the HighByte team on partner progress, and strategize on how to increase partner success.

Essential Functions

  • Onboard new partners, collaboratively creating success roadmaps
  • Schedule frequent and regular communication with partners on their progress
  • Develop account plans for partners with clear goals
  • Represent the company as point person for partners, coordinating other HighByte resources when needed, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D
  • Monitor and report on the progress of partners to the HighByte team
  • Collaborate with the HighByte team on go-to-market strategy, product, and business needs of accounts and partners
  • Visit partners to build relationships and grow the business

  • Organized and process oriented
  • Able to build trusting relationships with customers, partners, and the HighByte team
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Confidence to discuss business and technical concepts and bring in experts when needed
  • Curiosity and desire to continuously learn
  • Passionate about technology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of professional experience in partner or channel management, account management, customer support, and/or sales, preferably at a software company
  • Understanding of and desire to learn about industrial and enterprise software industry technologies and players
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
