High Tech Family Care is hiring immediately for a Medical Scribe with Medical Assistant experience as well! We are looking for an experienced candidate with the ability to hit the ground running and not require extensive training at this time.

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation during patient encounters
- Accurately and efficiently enter patient information into electronic medical records (Eclinical Works and Epic experience preferred)
- Prepare and organize medical charts for appointments
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate with physicians to ensure accurate coding and billing

Experience:
- Previous experience as a medical scribe is required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Additional experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with phlebotomy is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
