High Steep Roofing is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Franklin, TN

Job Description:

This is a ground floor opportunity. High Steep Roofing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our roofing services to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow our proven canvassing system to generate leads on demand
  • Identify and qualify leads through market research and customer profiling
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and goals to maximize pay structure
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales activities

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
  • Proven experience in hospitality, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the roofing industry and related products/services is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
