We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef de Cuisine to join our team. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. - Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including portion control, presentation, and quality assurance
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests in a professional manner
