HH Global is Hiring a Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager Near Mountain View, CA
Purpose of the JobA s the Senior Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of one of our client's many products. In this role, you will support the US Go-To-Market team by designing frameworks to drive operational excellence, focusing on investment management, optimization, and campaign measurement. This means you will work with cross-functional teams across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved in product marketing strategy from beginning to end. This role is based onsite at our client in Mountain View, CA for local candidates but we can consider remote candidates based in the United States as well. Key Responsibilities
Optimize budget management and forecasting in partnership with the regional finance team.
Design and implement project priority dashboards for the marketing leadership team.
Measure ROI of key marketing activations, including media campaigns, cultural marketing activations, channel marketing programs, and retail fixture executions.
Design and execute an information management framework, including executive communications, team newsletters, and quarterly business performance reviews.
Develop an integration framework to enhance sales and marketing collaboration.
Support the annual investment planning process for the US marketing team.
Project manage various strategic initiatives from inception to completion.
Champion initiatives to drive team operational excellence.
Support the development and tracking of the US go-to-market strategy.
Manage and track investment across US go-to-market initiatives.
Measure and report on the ROI of US go-to-market campaigns.
Prioritize and manage the work of the US go-to-market team.
Set and track OKRs for the US go-to-market team.
Knowledge, Skills Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields.
Expertise in Google Workspace Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt in ambiguous environments.
Ability to work onsite in Mountain View, CA.
Proficiency in managing complex stakeholder relationships and rallying senior executives.
Experience in chief of staff or executive support roles.
Knowledge of brand and performance media management in a matrixed organization.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments and solve problems effectively.
For California Residents: The US base salary range for this position is $138,000 to $207,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives in addition to base salary.
