Candidates with NO previous Title Clerk experience will not be considered.

Automotive Title Clerk Responsibilities:

• Process titles and registration on retail and wholesale car deals
• Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Prepare lender funding packages
• Perform simple process audits
• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of Title Clerk experience
• AIB Knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of Automotive accounting
