Job Description: Role:Onsite Service Delivery Manager to oversee and drive our data program for a Healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall engagement health including managing program/project delivery as well as supporting account growth on new initiativesWill be client's primary point-of-contact and represent Hexaware delivery team in all client meetings.
• Work along with the team and Develop & maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and communicate updates to client stakeholders.
• Will be responsible for coordinating with offshore teams , ensuring successful implementation of projects/programs, and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Jointly responsible to manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (15 years) in project management, with a focus on delivering data-related projects.
• Exposure or experience in delivering Healthcare especially Payer domain related areas will be nice to have skills
• At least 2-3 years of experience in delivery data programs on Azure.
• This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as deep understanding of data technologies and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
