ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Ledger account reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
- Prepare and/or maintain spreadsheets and supporting schedules.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Familiar with Accounts Payable processing
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed for the company.
Requirements
- Must be well versed in Quick Books.
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) or similar software.
- A proven track record which includes a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- High school diploma required, college degree in business or accounting a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, punctual, and efficient in handling work assignments.
- Treasury experience a plus.
- Must be to work with sensitive and confidential material with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to bring positive, creative energy to the job, while being a self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
