Job Description
The Jr. Staff Accountant is responsible for account reconciliations, journal entry preparation and posting of data as well as various projects and tasks as assigned. The position requires confidentiality and adherence to current accounting guidelines. Ensure transparency and accuracy in all business transactions and to maintain accurate records. Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to listen and follow direction. Experience working within a team environment.
Requirements:- HS diploma and college level coursework with an emphasis in accounting.
- Knowledge of financial accounting.
- Computer literacy, Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel (vlookups, pivots, macros, etc.).
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Analytical skills
