With Central Reservations being the base of the Internship, there are 3 main takeaways that each intern should leave the program with; an understanding of the company, knowledge of hotel operations, and education for future goals. 

Understanding Heritage Companies

1. Gain invaluable knowledge about Heritage Companies through direct work in Central Reservations.
2. High level, customer service experience for 13 properties. 
3. Interact with peers and colleagues across the entire company. 

Learning Hotel Operations

1. See the entire portfolio via property visits.
2. Experience hotel operations first hand on different levels. 
3. Engage in a fun, fast-paced environment in our Corporate Office. 

Education for the Future

1. Exposure to Leadership and other Heritage activities.
2. Wide depth of experience, from Bed and Breakfast, to Full Service.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills
• A Willingness to learn and grow
• Enrolled in Hospitality program preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to travel internally in New Mexico
• Experience in Customer Service or related field. 
• Must be mobile.
