This position is part of our finance team handling Accounts Payable. Youll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicating easily with all coworkers while the taking lead on assigned projects. The Accounts Payable Clerks is responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. This includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders, and processing payments. The person in this position is required to work in the office Monday-Friday.

Pay rate for this position: $19.20 - $25.60 / hour

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting

1. Process invoices and issue checks for the Agency and Foundation.
2. Oversee the payment of monthly rent subsidies and stipends.
3. Review and reimburse petty cash for all Heritage sites.
4. Perform semi- annual Day Habilitation petty cash audits.
5. Oversee the issuance of Heritage Pooled Trust checks.
6. Oversee expense reports and processing of Mastercard holders.
7. Primary contact for our vendor accounts.
8. Review and verify invoice requests and obtain approvals.
9. Accurately code, record/upload invoices to Image Now and Great Plains accounting system.
10. Schedule and oversee check and ACH payment batches by monitoring invoice due dates.
11. Post transactions to journals and ledgers.
12. Research and resolve invoicing discrepancies and issues.
13. Maintain good relationships with various vendors, departments and employees.
