HEPCO INC. is Hiring a Staff Analyst II (On-site) Near New York, NY
Work at the most complex mass transportation system in the world and be a key contributor as staff analyst.
- Maintain and update project files and databases using Excel and SharePoint.
- Create and maintain hard and soft filing systems.
- Attending meetings and preparing presentations.
- Draft and complete analysis and other analytic/administrative duties assigned by the Director or designee.
- Other tasks related to this work.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in business, public administration, technology, environmental science, sustainability, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, urban planning/studies, or related field.
- Two years of demonstrated full-time experience:
- Creating, tracking, and evaluating and analyzing project files/data bases.
- Using Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams.
- Drafting and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and charts.
- Education or experience with Human Resources work or issues is preferred.
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to accurately set and meet deadlines.
Normal Work Week:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
