Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales skills with experience in upselling products or services
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
