As an HR Manager at FORVIA HELLA, you will:
- Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled workforce.
- Implement and oversee training and development programs to foster career growth and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Implement effective performance appraisal processes and ensure ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
- Support the enhancement of compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that contribute to a diverse and dynamic workforce.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
- Oversee HR records, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
-Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
-In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools.
-A passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
