We are looking for an experienced HR professional with track record of fostering a positive work culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring organizational excellence, a change leader, talent strategist, employee advocate and culture architect to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.
As an HR Manager at FORVIA HELLA, you will:
- Lead the recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a diverse and highly skilled workforce.
- Implement and oversee training and development programs to foster career growth and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Implement effective performance appraisal processes and ensure ongoing feedback and coaching.

-Bachelor's degree in HR management, business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
-Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in the automotive industry.

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools.
