FORVIA -HELLA is seeking its next great Head of Program Management ADAS Radar to joinour growing ADAS team. The primary function of this role is to take ownershipof our ADAS Radar programs for multiple OEM partners. This individual will bejoining a well established group that is focused on future radar creation aboveour current production generations.

DailyResponsibilities

• Managing program directives in support of our ADAS Radar products. This position will watch over both in production and development stage programs for multiple OEM partners.
• Lead and track our project teams to achieve company and portfolio goals while being mindful of quality, costs, and on time performance
• Lead and develop the current program management team
• Hold governance over all change management in a multisite international environment
• Define and drive business strategies related to the expansion of the current business portfolio
