The Firm:
- MultiBillion$ Hedge Fund in Midtown NYC
Days in Office:
- 4 days a week in office
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft NDAs and confidentiality agreements
- Assist with the organization of vendor contracts and contract negotiations
- Schedule meetings and calls with vendors and counsel
- Support document drafting and corporate tasks under legal supervision
- Coordinate legal projects across offices
- Maintain policies, manage vendor contracts, and update templates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university (required)
- 3-7 yrs in a legal role specifically within financial services field (i.e. Paralegal, Legal Analyst at a law firm with Financial Services Clients >>OR<< Paralegal, Legal Analyst, Legal Associate at a Bank, Hedge Fund, Private Equity Firm, Asset Manager)
- Candidates are required to know how to Draft NDAs, and have previous exposure with vendor contracts
Compensation:
- $115-150k base 15-20% discretionary bonus
