Heartline Fitness is looking for a **Fitness Equipment Sales Support Superstar!** This is a full-time position located at one of our offices in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As a Sales Support Specialist you will be trained in all aspects of aspects of Heartline Fitness support operations and the customer journey. Heartline Fitness uses an advanced and customized CRM/ERP system, NetSuite, to manage its operations and key performance indicators (KPI's). Through this system, we achieve operational excellence and communicate as one team to execute on our brand promises to our customers and vendors. The Heartline has access to several local, statewide, and national databases, that can be used for prospecting. We are looking for an individual who looks forward to client and vendor interaction and can multi-task on a high level as part of our Sales Procurement & Installation Team. Experience in prospecting, cold calling, handling incoming/outbound calls and emails, web requests and order tracking are ideal.

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist that is organized and dependable, wit the commitment and the drive to work on a team of top performers! The position involves daily prospecting through phone, email, and social media channels is required. Meticulous data entry skills, and follow-up plans are required. Great verbal and written communication skills both in person and over the phone and internet will boost success.

***ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES***

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Support Commercial Sale Representative(s) and Territory Manager(s) with prospecting of future customers for both fitness equipment sales and preventive maintenance/service plans.

* Support Commercial Sale Representative(s) and Territory Manager(s) with quote follow-up and installation readiness.

Customers include: Multi-housing, country clubs, boutique fitness studios, medical and rehab centers, colleges and universities as well as secondary schools, police and fire departments and other first responders.

* Local in-person cold-calling of prospects listed above.

* Document all activity in Netsuite CRM. Contact quotas and closing rates will be evaluated.

* Support equipment tracking and receiving with key vendors. Work with Southeast Logistics Manager to obtain status updates from vendors and sharing the relevant information with customers to ensure every delivery and every installation goes off flawlessly. Includes updating the necessary NetSuite fields with key data.

* Validate and Update customer information in NetSuite.

* Maintain this positions key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports daily.

* Additional Responsibilities as Needed.

***SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS***

* 1 year NetSuite or comparable CRM experience in a customer service position required; training in our use of NetSuite will be provided.

* Valid driver license with reliable transportation.

* Associates Degree (preferred)

* Proficiency and working knowledge of computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, wifi, email and cell phone technology

**This position pays $17.00-$20.00 per hour, dependent on experience, with opportunities for commission.**
