- Provide timely support to team members.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for laptop and hardware deployments for new team members, including inventory management and offboarding assistance.
- Provide support for computers, iPhones, and iPads, addressing hardware, software, and communication issues as needed.
- Design test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document requirements in the form of use cases, business requirement documents, and user stories.
- Ensure project activities and deliverables are designed for customer value and successful adoption.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance customer support quality and efficiency via training sessions and user manuals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse groups within the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Establish good relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Manage technical documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed during service calls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce platform.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems and applications (e.g., Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Adobe).
- Good understanding of mobile and laptop security environments.
- Strong data management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)).
- Customer service experience or technical internships.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
