Overall Purpose of this Role: The Coordinator, Human Resources is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department and supports the overall business operation by performing front desk reception duties. While exercising good judgement, initiative and confidentiality, this role will be responsible for administering a wide variety of processes for the department including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, internal event and engagement support, and general employee inquiries.
