The Opportunity:
HCHB is going through an exciting time of rapid market and product expansion, and to support that growth we are looking for a strong Product Marketer to lead the charge for our suite of products and services.
As Product Marketing Director at HCHB, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations. This includes market analysis, competitive positioning, product launches, and ongoing promotional efforts. You'll lead efforts across cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, client success, and marketing, to ensure the success of our products.
The Product Marketing Director will oversee the Marketing Funnel, which includes promoting and driving need for our product, conversion of that need to sales, and ultimately closing the loop with customers to promote them to a referral or brand ambassador stage.
The Product Marketing Director will orchestrate the communication strategy for the offering through a range of efforts, including messaging & positioning, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, sales enablement and creating ongoing demand and affinity for the product.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who is quick to collaborate; a consensus builder who can easily create relationships across the organization; a multi-faceted force that is self-motivated, creative, innovative, and analytical.
