Invited is actively seeking a Marketing Director for Strategic Projects for the company. We are looking for someone who thrives in the hospitality industry, has luxury brand experience, and can help us tell the story of our amazing Clubs! If you are passionate about driving marketing strategy, including creative design, email marketing, media buying, project management, driving revenue, and customer satisfaction, then this might be the job for you.
Responsibilities:
The Strategic Marketing Director is responsible for a subset of reinvestment clubs for the company that need enhanced demand creation. Other high-profile projects will also be the responsibility for the Strategic Marketing Director.
Director will develop marketing plans and strategies for various initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and media plans to successfully promote initiatives to both Members and prospective members.
- Story-tell projects that could span multiple years as we reinvest in a club.
- Communicate regularly with the clubs and regional teams to ensure effective marketing support is provided that will drive results.
- Club and regional teams include membership, private and member events, food & beverage, and more.
- Work closely with Graphic Designers and Copywriters to develop marketing collateral from initial concept to final product including social media campaigns, digital media, print media, emails, as well as providing art direction.
- Manage and coordinate project timelines to achieve quick deadlines.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- 4 years of Marketing experience including strategy development and execution, media buying, email marketing, creative design.
- Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship development
- Passion for marketing and creative thinking
- Knowledge and awareness of effective marketing collateral and graphic design
- Ability to effectively collaborate and drive results.
- Strong attention to detail
- Private club or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 salary commensurate with experience. – Bonus Potential, Benefits, Club Perks, and much more!
