HealthCare Support Staffing is Hiring a Medical Front Desk Near Springs, FL
- Patient check-in and registration
- Scheduling new and follow-up appointments
- Prep charts
- Copy insurance cards
- Communicate with the medical team alerting them when patients have arrived
- ONSITE….Shift is Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- MUST be Covid vaccinated…..no exceptions
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must have at least 1-2yrs of medical front desk experience
- Must have basic knowledge of coinsurance, deductibles, and main insurances
- Workers comp
- DME knowledge
- EMR experience (especially NextGen)
- Insurance Experience
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Access to Investment Accounts
- Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program
