Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all members. Here in American Top Team All Striking we are caractherized by our family friendly enviroment, as one of the American Top Team gyms we are currently a location focusing on strking disciplines such as Muay Thai and kickboxing .

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in members, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist with members requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage reservations and update availability in the booking system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records, sale of training equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

-Muntilingual prospects are prefered
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and strong customer support abilities

Preferred Skills:
- Experience using phone systems or switchboards
- Familiarity with event planning or coordination

- Computer knowledge, agility learining the use of applications and management database.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
