Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is Hiring a Medical Assistant Omaha, NE Near Omaha, NE
- Assist with new patient exams
- Assist with conducting progress exams & reevaluations with existing patients
- Patient X-rays (with certification)
- Importing and entering clinical data
- Clinical admin liaison to doctors
- Directing patient traffic to appropriate areas of clinic and new patient tours
- Preparing rooms for consultations, reports, and exams
- Scheduling patients for exams and reports
- New patient scheduling and follow up communication
- Gathering and coordinating patient testimonials and reviews
- Creating and displaying clinical case success summaries
- Assisting with patient reports and consultations
- Nebraska Limited Radiographer License to take spinal and extremity x-rays preferred. (if candidate does not currently hold a license, employer will pay for coursework/testing/licensing)
- If not licensed, willingness to become certified/licensed within 120 days of employment
- Previous experience working in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Full time (Monday -Thursday)
- Occasional marketing events on weekends (2-4 hrs)
- $17-$20/hour depending on experience and certification
- Bonus compensation: Performance-based quarterly and annual bonuses available after first 90 days
- PTO

- Paid on-the-job training and certification/course if needed and regular team lunches
- Chiropractic care for employee & any immediate family members within his/her household
