Location: Winnebago, Nebraska at an Indian Health Service facility
Time Commitment: 40 to 48 hours per week with scheduling flexible to accommodate weekend and/or night shifts, as desired

Other Details: This role is at an Indian Health Service facility that provides support to individuals as they recover from drug addiction. The facility provides a 45-day program in a small group setting (16 patients per program) with culturally responsive treatment and an evidence-based approach that includes individual, group, family, equine therapy, case management services, tele-health (medical and therapy) and psychological evaluations.

Job Description:
● Provides reception services: greets visitors, answers phones, and directs inquiries.
● Schedules appointments, updates patient information, and maintains program forms.
● Provides emotional support and guidance to patients.
● Connects patients with community resources and monitors their well-being.
● Prepares reports, documents patient interactions, and ensures confidentiality.
● Manages supplies, coordinates activities, and maintains patient security
